Board of Adjustment

 The Macon County Board of Adjustment shall be governed by the laws established under Chapter 153A, Article 18, (Part 3), of the North Carolina General Statutes as well as the Macon County Resolution by which this Board was created, signed by the Macon County Board of Commissioners on May 7, 2001. The Board of Adjustment shall hear and decide appeals from any decision or determination made by a Code Enforcement Administrator in the enforcement of an ordinance.
