The Board of Commissioners voted at their December, 2008 meeting, to hold two regular meetings a month. They will continue to meet on the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m. and will hold another meeting on the fourth Monday of the month at 2 p.m. Both meetings will follow the current format. It has been recommended that county staff place items on the agenda for the fourth Monday. That is not to say if an item is time sensitive it cannot be placed on the agenda for the second Monday.

Attached is a schedule of the 2009 board meetings and the due date for agenda items. Remember any agenda item that is not received by the due date will require an oral request made to the Board at the beginning of the meeting requesting addition to the agenda included with an explanation as to why the item was not on time.
